The HCS Basic cymbal set features a pair of 14” hihats and an 18” crash-ride from the HCS series, made from MS63 alloy. These cymbals are made to the highest manufacturing standards and come with a 2-year warranty. This set provides the basic cymbal elements for a drum set configuration at an affordable price.

The different sizes and shapes of the cut-outs gives the cymbal a unique look and a wide spread and a trashy, noisy sound. Recommended for quick accents and punctuations.

The Byzance Brilliant 18” Trash China has a vigorous attack note delivering trashy cut along with shimmering sustain backed by complex tone. Hole cut-outs allow the china to roar to life and decay quickly for faster accents. The result is a classic brilliant cymbal loaded with bite.

The 15” Pure Alloy Extra Hammered Hihats feature a medium-thin top and medium bottom with additional hammering throughout. Sounding pre-EQ’d, they have a dry attack in the upper-mid frequencies giving them a clear and focused voice. Additionally, there is a hint of sizzle and crunch in the low end creating rich warmth for a naturally compressed response. Open the top cymbal for thick barks, and close them for a dry foot chick. Fully opened, they present a robust wash that has plenty of volume and push. 

The combination of a sandblasted surface, big hammer marks and thin material enable an outstanding dry wash in a low frequency range with a buttery, soft attack. Exceptional crashes!
