Warranty Procedures and Remedies

During the applicable warranty period, if a customer is unable to resolve a product problem with our Technical Support team, the product must be returned to the store at the customer’s expense with a copy of the proof of purchase invoice. Upon receiving the product, Dream Music & Drummers Dream will make contact with the Australian Distributor of product to be informed of that company’s warranty protocols.

Dream Music & Drummers Dream will be advised by the distributor if the product will either repaired, replaced or refunded.

Warranty Periods

The Warranty period starts on the date of purchase from Dream Music & Drummers Dream. Warranty Periods vary between individual products.

 Customers must provide a proof of purchase as a condition of receiving a warranty service.


Many of Dream Music & Drummers Dream products come with a guarantee or warranty from the manufacturer. In addition, they come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
