Well-appointed with our CL Bridge Lug and smooth SR-700 strainer, each Modern Utility snare is priced to allow the active working player an expanded voice, is flexible enough to add to any set-up, and strong enough to stand up to constant play.

Pearl's famous Short Fuse 10x4.5 Inch snare drum (SFS10S/C) offers drummers and percussionists an explosive, yet controlled tight sounding snare drum that adds a unique and very definded sound to your set up. This 9ply poplar wood shell drum also includes a connecting Pearl mount for quick and easy inclusion to your existing set up without the need for another snare stand. Use as a cracking main snare drum or as an additional snare effect to add another dimension to your playing.
