Based on requests from players for a lighter weight version of our heralded K HiHats, these K Light HiHats have a medium thin top paired with a medium bottom to give them a dark and slightly delicate feel with a light blend of overtones. Good for most applications including rock, pop, country, and jazz.

We added a variety of intricate details to make this collection truly something special including its timeless, individual "aged" patina to the classy and understated "Avedis" logo, to the original hollow "Zildjian" logo underneath.

This 24" beauty is designed to generate wide variations of sound. Thin in weight, it has a dark sound with plenty of overtones. The cymbal can be used as a straight ahead ride capable of handling light playing in a trio setting to a rock ride that cuts that cut through loud, amplified settings. Designed with renowned jazz drummer Adam Nussbaum, the 20" K Constantinople Renaissance ride is a complement to the 22" version, but with some unique qualities. The 20" Renaissance Ride offers a smaller, over-hammered bell, for a sound that's more contained, more integrated with the overall cymbal, and less chimey. A thin, versatile, "crash weight" (between 1,786-1,871 grams) provides clean stick definition and offers drummers the added flexibility of alternating between ride patterns and crashing without overwhelming the stick.
