Featuring an expressive voice that is well balances with loads of responsiveness. Its small bell and steep bow combined with an unlathed top create a “woody” stick definition. The fully lathed bottom allows the cymbal to open easily for lush crashes while providing a warm bed of undertones.

Important information about this cymbal:This cymbal is hand-crafted using processes that give it a unique and deliberately varied finish. Variations in color, hammer marks, pitting, and other visual marks are expected and are inherent of these special processes to achieve this cymbal's look and unique sound. Such variations should not be considered a defect in workmanship. We do not recommend cleaning any of our natural finish cymbals with cymbal cleaning products as they should only be cleaned with a soft, dry cloth.
Drawing from the spirit of the legendary K Zildjian range, K Custom cymbals are dark, rich and dry and enable today's drummers to utilize complex K sounds in a more modern musical environment. They feature traditional K hammering, plus a variety of additional modern hammering techniques that produce unique sonic capabilities. Recommended for modern jazz, studio, country and medium rock. The Meinl Practice Pads are available in 6” and 12” in diameter. The 6” Pad is perfect for drummers on the go, due to the small pocket size. The 12” pad is made for quiet practicing on a snare drum and it can even mount in a standard snare stand.

Their black powder coated steel produces a firm mufled sound.
