The incredible improvement of drum techniques in recent years has made it increasingly possible to approach drumming in a more expressive way than ever before, not only with toms and floor toms, but also with the innovative incorporation of cymbals and percussion instruments with unique sounds. In this new "modern" trend, Starclassic aims to create a drum sound that has a solid presence to highlight such diverse sound usage, while clearly separating the sounds, allowing the player's expression to be accurately conveyed to those around them. To achieve this, we have conducted extensive research to explore all kinds of possibilities that are not limited to existing shell materials. And after countless trials and errors, we have arrived at this hybrid shell, Walnut/Birch. A new form of Starclassic that provides the sound that is required in the new and future era. That is the Starclassic Walnut/Birch.

The outer ply of the shell is made of Bosse Fonce, which is characterized by its dynamic grain. The beautiful finish of the Vermillion Bosse Fonce Fade and the contrast with the black nickel parts create a luxurious appearance.
