The new K Paper Thin Crashes are a classic example of Zildjian’s greatest strengths – giving nods to the most resonating moments of its 400-year history, leading the charge in cymbal innovation, and rewarding the trust of drummers worldwide with cymbals that deliver and exceed the demands of players in the modern era.

Masters started out as an assemblage of twelve rides - exquisite and laboriously hand-manufactured cymbals made of CuSn20 bronze to achieve superior sound ideals in various musical genres. In 2014, three crashes and two hats join the series to expand the unique Masters sound atmosphere to additional cymbal types. Masters integrate the experience of the decades long art of cymbal making with the inspirations of international top drummers.

This thin Splash cymbal may be played as they are for airy splash effects. Or they can be stacked on top of, or under any other cymbal to provide an additional layer of white noise. They are a super versatile way to expand your sound and enhance your cymbal set-up. Please note: colors may vary

The Bosphorus Turk Series offers a dark raw voice with a completely unlathed and hand hammered finish.

The combination of a sandblasted surface, big hammer marks and thin material enable an outstanding dry wash in a low frequency range with a buttery, soft attack. Exceptional crashes!

The 16” HHX Thin Crash introduces a whole new design to the HHX line. Starting with a round of sparse hammering, followed by lathing, then denser HHX hammering over top, the result is a crash cymbal that is thinner, darker and faster than the HHX Studio Crashes it replaces. A smaller bell also ensures a faster attack and a crash cymbal that trends lighter in weight than most thin crashes. The versatility to easily cross musical styles has always been a hallmark of the HHX line, and the HHX 16” Thin Crash is no exception. The K Zildjian Sweet Collection extends the iconic K Family into a new direction of tonal colors that are dark, sweet, and responsive. K Sweet Crashes are extra thin in weight with an unlathed bell and feature the traditional K style hammering technique that help to deliver a darker sound with a fast attack and great response.

Big sound from legendary DNA

This 22" K Constantinople is thin in weight to give it a nice dark pitch and plenty of wash. An additional series of over hammered marks on top of the traditional K Constantinople hammering yields a slightly drier sound with excellent stick definition for marking time. Very controllable in that it doesn't get away from you when playing fast patterns. Great for small to medium sized group settings.
The legendary "K Con" is the pinnacle of the Zildjian cymbal line, renowned for its perfect blended sound quality. Complex hammering contributes to the cymbal's unique sonic identity and dark tones that can be at once cutting and smooth. Made in small batches using a 14-step process, every K Constantinople has its own signature voice.

Hand-hammered and completely unlathed, Byzance Dark cymbals immediately hit the sweet spot with crashes that open up just enough, then get out of the way. The hihats and rides provide clarity, cut and volume, along with a prominent dark tone brought out by their unique surfaces. Made in Turkey from B20 bronze and hand-hammered into shape. The surfaces here are left unlathed creating the dark finish except for the Spectrum Hihats and Ride which are partially lathed in a spiral pattern.
