These venerable cymbals – developed during the 1960’s rapid expansion of popular music were faithfully recreated and re-launched by Paiste in 2005. Giant Beat cymbals offer the big, warm, brilliant vintage sound that takes you straight back to the roots of Rock.

Zildjian's classic sound is embodied by A Zildjian and immortalized in countless recordings by the greatest drummers of all time. Known for their versatility, these bright cymbals range from paper thin and delicate to extra heavy and cutting. Recent adjustments were made to the curvature and weights of many current models to capture the sweet spot of the classic A sound, producing crashes, rides, and hats that reflect today's musical styles.

After a long process of research and experimentation, in close cooperation with our Artist Federico Paulovich, the new “Est.1931 Series” is here, as a tribute to the year of our company’s foundation. “Est.1931” cymbals are dry, smooth, warm with a traditional sound, but updated to perfectly fit new modern music styles. Crashes are dark, warm, smoky, soft, very low pitched, with a soft response and short sustain. Rides are extremely dry, musical, very controllable with an excellent stick definition, but still crashables. Hi Hats feature a warm chick, dry sound, good response and great control.

With an exceptionally quick and sensitive response from the lightest touch, S Family thin crashes feature a bright, full crash sound with a beautiful shimmery sustain. Smaller size thin crashes are light and quick, and also work well as stacker cymbals.

The SABIAN 19" FRX Crash is a pro-level, extra-thin B20 Bronze crash that delivers quick, shimmering response and exceptionally soft feel. SABIAN FRX (Frequency Reduced) cymbals are designed for playing environments where other cymbals have too much attack. They are NOT low volume cymbals. Rather, they work by cutting specific frequencies that result in the perception of volume. Remove those frequencies, and suddenly your 19" FRX Crash sits perfectly in the mix, no matter how hard you play. No compromise – no holding back. FRX are ideal for playing churches, weddings, corporate gigs, small venues, schools, musical theatre, cruise ships, drummers who sing, band rehearsals, or any setting where cymbal volume could be a problem: even on the largest stages where a multitude of live mics for singers and acoustic instruments are a challenge. FRX gives real drummers in real situations the freedom to play any gig without holding back.

The combination of a sandblasted surface, big hammer marks and thin material enable an outstanding dry wash in a low frequency range with a buttery, soft attack. Exceptional crashes!

The 20” Pure Alloy Custom Extra Thin Hammered Crash features a custom smoked-bronze top and brilliant bottom plus a thin weight and extra-large hammering across the bow. Producing a velvety crash under the stick due to the thinner weight, this cymbal speaks easily from whisper to roar. The additional hammering works in dark tonality and warmth. 

Designed with Akira Jimbo to combine darkness and brilliance. Thin crashes and splashes to project like heavier cymbals due to the unlathed bell.
Drawing from the spirit of the legendary K Zildjian range, K Custom cymbals are dark, rich and dry and enable today's drummers to utilize complex K sounds in a more modern musical environment. They feature traditional K hammering, plus a variety of additional modern hammering techniques that produce unique sonic capabilities. Recommended for modern jazz, studio, country and medium rock. K Customs are designed with today's diverse music scene in mind.
