Powerstroke® X Snare heads are constructed with a coated single ply 14 mil polyester film with a 2 mil inlay ring for easy tunability and overtone control. PX heads have great durability, attack, and volume for contemporary rock, funk and R&B applications. Tonally, the Powerstroke® X snare heads are perfect medium between the Coated and the Emperor X™.
