Its bearing edges are precision cut, providing ease of tuning and perfect head seating around the circumference of the drum. The all-black lacquered coated shell, tube lugs, and SuperHoop II rims will match any kit finish, and the sound will easily fit into any musical genre.    

The SR1000 GlideLock Strainer features a locking lever that will not disengage no matter how hard you play yet releases quickly with a push of a button. The snare tension knob also locks to retain snare tension settings. Push and turn the knob to adjust and release to lock. SN1420C 20-strand UltraSound Graduated Tension Snares are C-shaped, with the center snares looser than the outside snares. The looser snares respond to the lightest touch, while the tighter snares keep their focus during loud play, giving UltraSound snares extended sensitivity and dynamic range.
